October Events in Wrightsville Beach

Did you know that October is National Seafood Month?

Living on the coast gives us a great advantage to celebrate with a fresh catch from our own backyard while supporting local businesses! Don’t miss out on the Cape Fear Seafood Festival this weekend:  Saturday, October 17 from 11:00 am – 7:00 pm, and Sunday, October 18 11:00 am – 6:00 pm.  Feast on fresh and delicious local seafood while listening to live music and enjoying the company of friends and family. Admission is free!

If you’re a local business and you want to promote your company while contributing to the festival, here are a few advertising opportunities brought to you by ARTphics.

Here are a few more events in the area this weekend…

Saturday, October 17:  The Cape Fear Paddle Series continues with the Beach to Basin Paddle starting at 8:00 am.

Announcement Regarding Setup Service & the Start to our Season

We’re currently in the process of amending the Town of Wrightsville Beach’s ordinance so we can provide setup service for our customers. We’re scheduled to go before the Board of Aldermen on Thursday, April 8th. With that in mind, we will delay the start of our season until we have a decision from the town.

We need your help!

If you have questions or would like to write a letter showing support for our amendment please email us at capefearbeachrentals@gmail.com or simply use the contact page. We will be submitting all letters of support to the board during our hearing.

Thank you, and have a great day!
